Some weird taste But works well May get bloated if you use so much of the powder Gradually once the dosage Best is to take 1/2 hour before meal Surely reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and acidity Helps in digestion. Drink lot of water else it will make skin dry

Great source of fiber
First of all it is Authentic because it is trustified. It doesn't have its own taste. You should put 1 spoonfull in 1 glass of water and leave it for 8-12 hours. It's going to absorb all the water and turned to almost gelly like consistency. It's a great alternative for chia seeds.

helped my stool and IBS and fissure problem
This is really working , i use to have moring stool problem from last 2 years but this works , i am taking with mild hot water at 42 degress , just mixingup and drinking... starting it may increase the pain if you have fissure but will reduce by time. happy with the product
