This product is the sort that is difficult to prove effectiveness. I believe it is. I take a dose under the tongue and hold for at least 90 seconds. I am very reasonably certain (grin) that I can feel it in me. The immediate effect is subtle. I've been taking for several months, and (as an older man) am of the conviction that my sexual energy and stamina are much more intense than they had become. I never needed Viagra like assistance, so I in no way mean to suggest that the effect of this substance can replace or reduce someone's requirement for it. I happen to live clean and consume supplements to keep me healthy, so this substance is for me an adjunct. I recommend this product to any healthy older man who wants that special oomph available any time. As for the taste -- I happen to like it.

I’m about a month in and I’m really noticing how my brain pulls me in the morning and reminds me to take this. Most supplements I forget to take without a reminder, not needed for this.

This supplement lacks the proper dosages of pine pollen. Theres no way to tell just how much is in there with "Proprietary Blend". This is a questionable tactic by the supplement industry that prevents customers from knowing exactly what they are getting. Buyer Beware.

I love this product it does exactly what it’s supposed to do I can feel the difference in my energy muscle etc.

I'm not sure if it works or not. I didn't take it long enough. I think it did while i was taking it regularly.
