I’m very pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in this cap. I have a LOT of thick braids plaited in an updo and always avoided aqua sports for fear of wetting my hair. Also bleach is a killer on my type of curly hair. Snug around forehead ears and nape this fits perfectly .. Ears protection good. Well sealed to prevent leakage. Easy to put on as very stretchy to go over big hair bun. All in all a great buy. Will comment on performance in the water after I’ve given it a test drive. I like the robust thickness so it won’t rip too easily.

This cap size XL (black on pic) would be great for super thick or curly waist or longer hair or dreadlocks. Bit too big for me. Rather for bigger head ;) I still use it but it let's in some water, but keeps hair mostly dry. I got size S (purple on pic) and XS for my daughter who is 6 yo - XS is too small for her and doesn't have extra space for hair, just regular rubber cap for kids, and S could be smaller for her as it let's in some water but keeps hair mostly dry - it fits me perfect - my hair are chest long and thick anough. All in all go for size S if in doubt.

Remember those tight swimming caps that took 20 efforts to get on then they hurt your head? The ones that your long hair couldn’t fit into. The ones that ripped hair out on removal? Fear no more!This is soooooo comfortable to wear. It went on first time so easily and instantly covered my long hair (I used a hair tie to make a ponytail first). The “extra” bit you can move to wear you want it to sit like the top or back of your head. I thought it might look weird but it didn’t. It doesn’t squeeze your head and is so easy to take off and doesn’t damage you hair.It’s waterproof too so yay! Cannot recommend enough. Plus it dries sooo fast after taking it off. Even if you don’t have long hair and hate the tight swimming caps from hell get one of these! I got the pink and it’s really lovely.

Purchased the XL swim cap yesterday evening after my friend asked me to join her for a swim after work today. The parcel arrived before I finished work! I have just had 18” box braids fitted and this fit over them perfect. Thought I was really going to struggle trying to put the cap on, but no went straight over my braids! I turned the cap inside out and just wrapped from the bottom of a ponytail bun, was really easy! It fit so snug. I really didn’t want any water leaking in so I added a big elastic headband around the edges just to be safe- I swam about 20 lengths & then had about 10 min in the sauna. Honestly not a single drop of water got through! Braids are bone dry! So happy with this purchase- Thank you 😊

Not bad. Size is good only issue is the amount of water that gets in when swimming - eventually swimming cap will slide off in the pool

Surprisingly spacious, yet somehow fits snug. I-am very happy with the aesthetics, colour, feel of 5he product. Feels nice and comfortable on my head

I bout the L size. It's tight around the head which I expected but has plenty of room for more hair. It was maybe a little too big for my hair but I figured the edges are tight so shouldn't let any water in. I made sure the air was squeezed out and my ears were inside the hat. No spaces at all. But I started swimming and I could hear the water pouring in. After every length of the pool I had to stop and lift the hat at the edges to let the water pour back out. My hair was soaked. It was as wet as if I'd not worn a hat and went underwater.I tried it a couple of times on different swim sessions and it kept leaking in. So it didn't protect my hair at all.I'm returning mine because it just doesn't keep my hair dry and I needed it for that exact reason and because when you buy a swim hat, you expect it will protect your hair from water. If it can't do that then it isn't doing it's job. Some of the reviews gave it 5 stars but then said water does leak in still, then why give it 5 stars? It's not doing what it's meant to do!
