Was quite sceptical before buying as the price differential between what was quoted in the local market and here was very substantial. However, now having installed and used these membranes for over a month, I can vouch for their genuiness and quality. Clearly the local vendors fleech you for the service.

We did not find problem water taste better. But carefully install the sediment filter. As flow is in opposite direction. It was clerly mentioned but we install wrongly. Later I observe this mistake change the orientation.

Initial Impressions: The cartridges seems sturdy. However, I have my suspicion on it's quality, especially on the carbon filters Reason: 1. It's significantly lighter than my previous carbon filters. 2. The carbon granules are not filled up to the brim. One can hear the emptiness upon shaking the container. Less granules means reduced life span. 3. There's no mention of pore size on the sediment filter (off-course I later discovered this miss from other brands as well). I will try share a review on it's efficiency post adequate usage

All the item specified was received except one connector received was short since the replaced parts one piece was reused and urgency to start the working so not complained about that goods and ready to use and easily install product.

I purchased this product hoping to be of high quality as this company has many RO related products but to my surprise the combo of pre carbon post carbon and pre sediment filters are of pathetic quality. Pre and post carbon has same charcoal pieces capsuled inside plastic casing ( Not sure of sediment filter what is inside). I was expecting a carbon block filter in pre and some alkalizing material in the post carbon filter but my bad luck I chose this product as got struck with it. This item is only exchangeable and not returnable and had to keep it with me (I consoled myself that I have spent the money for some charity)

Good quality. More than worth for spending money.
