I couldn’t find a bar with both rise and bend that were perfect. So I finally got this, and once I figured out how to seat the spacers at the bottom, and filled in spacers on top, fitted the stem, and put my favorite bar on, it’s insanely perfect. It just looks like another tube on a bike once you get used to it. Seat tube, fork tubes, frame tubes, steerer tube. Brings my 5” rise bar up to about stomach height, which is perfect for off-road trail riding. Not casual, slow, easy beginner trail riding. Full on moto BMX on the woods. Learn to counterlean and get a setup that gets your upper body weight off your bars. Easy install (though the spacers can be a puzzle possibly), very sturdy, simple component, good quality, and the absolute best upgrade for performance for the buck I’ve ever gotten. (The tracker bend bar cost $30.)

OMG Yes! Day 3 of owning a Lectric Xpress 750 High Step and installed this stem riser and it makes all of the difference. Im 5'9" with a 30" inseam and I experienced wrist pain on my 1st short rides from leaning over and having to much pressure on my arms and wrists. Raising the stem has created a more upright riding position relieving the wrist pain and pressure immediately as well as relaxing my neck position. The install really was simple and quick following any of the many YouTube vids. I am not racing or off roading but rather commuting and doing recreational rides mostly on roads. This is an amazing mod. And the high quality of these components are well engineered.

Ever since I bought my DiamondBack Apex in 1995 (it was a high end bike in those days), the handlebars have been a little 'aggressive'. After I crashed and burned on a technical trail and separated my shoulder many years ago, I moved on to less challenging rides but the handlebars were still uncomfortable. 10 years ago I went to the local bike shop to see if there was a simple, inexpensive way to put a taller stem on the bike and they told me there wasn't. I don't know if this was liability-related, but turns out there is and the Lerway extender is it. A little different setup than most as I have only a single binder bolt (?) for the handlebars with my Tioga Alchemy headset. But the installation (very easy) is exactly as shown in the Robin's Testing Studio video found on the Amazon site. Also, other videos available on-line. I didn't use all of the adapter rings because using the full stack height was a little too much to completely insert the stem into the handlebars. I ended up using 2 1/2 rings which overall raised my bars about 3 1/4 inches - which was just about the perfect adjustment. Following the on-line instructions this is an easy install and doesn't require you to be a bike mechanic to do the job. Allen (hex) wrenches are included for the Lerway components. I did need a different allen wrench to loosen the binder bolt on my handlbars. The end result is a perfect riding position, and provides a lot of flexbility for your specific height adjustment. Looks good and was an extremely good value for the money. Sorry I didn't find this years ago.

One screw needed to be a tad longer. Was short enough, that it wouldn't catch the female threads in the extender. I had to make a trip to the hardware store anyway, so I picked up a M5-.80 socket head bolt that was a little longer than the original. Worked like a charm after that.

What a difference! If you are looking to reduce neck strain on your ride, this is the trick. It comes with 4 spacer rings to adjust the height to whatever you need. It blends in with your existing bike equipment and looks great. 5 minute install result in endless hours of comfort on your ride.

While we haven't put it through its paces yet, like another reviewer said, "If you can install a lightbulb, you can install this device." I installed it on my wife's new e-bike and it went on perfectly and initial tests proved to be a HUGE improvement over the original OEM handlebar height. It's worth every penny so I ordered a second one for my new bike 5 minutes after installing this one.

Well made, and does what it says. Made a big difference on my specialized turbo levo MTB, allowing more relaxing of the arms and a more upright ride. Easy to install, I would highly recommend

Put this on my cheapo Genesis Incline from Walmart as it had zero ability to increase handlebar height. Fit easily with no issues and gave the handlebars the lift they needed. Don't let the liw price fool you, good quality and even came with a couple of Allen wrenches to do the swap.

Bueno, salvado la vida, en el sentido literal, no, pero me la ha hecho mucho más cómoda. Tengo una bici de montaña Trek 950 de los años 80 y la potencia que montaba era muy baja, esto hacía que mi posición al montar en la bici fuese muy radical y echada hacia adelante, con el consiguiente problema de dolor de espalda y que se quedasen la muñecas doloridas y las manos dormidas en largas sesiones de uso. Pensé incluso en comprar otra bici... ¡pero menos mal que descubrí a tiempo este producto! Ha sido instalar este elevador y disfrutar de nuevo de montar en bici cómodamente, ahora la posición es mucho más relajada y mis muñecas no sufren en absoluto, puedo hacer horas de recorrido en bici sin resentirme como me pasaba antes. La calidad y seguridad del producto es muy muy buena, y la facilidad de montaje también, es un juego de niños. Lo volvería a comprar sin dudar.

Bei dem Fahrrad meines Enkels kann man zwar den Sitz erhöhen aber nicht das Lenkrad. Diese Verlängerung ist sehr einfach anzubringen und auch sehr stabil. Also ich würde sagen top Teil

Impeccable !! Se monte facilement. Permet de se redresser le dos, c'est plus confortable pour se déplacer. La pièce semble solide, les clefs de serrage ne sont pas de bonne qualité et ont tendance a abîmer la tête des vis ( je vous conseille d'utiliser de bonnes clefs BTR ).
