Ability to actively splay toes, even when not worn, has improved beyond measure.
After first purchasing a box of 3 Ballotte Toe Straighteners/aligners in August of 2019 (two sets of which I gifted to a friend and a family member), to replace my Bestrice toe aligners that I'd owned for around 2 years, less than six months on, after the set I'd kept for myself was recently misplaced, I've returned for more. Are they any better than the Bestrice toe aligners that I owned? In terms of overall performance, no they're not. However, they remain on par, are attractively packaged, cost a fraction of the price (yes, you really do receive 3 pairs) and are constructed from the same medical-grade silicone, thus, allowing them to be comfortably worn for hours at a time. As such, when future need arises, I'll return again.I should also point out that I don't suffer from foot ailments (bunions, claw/hammer toes and plantar fasciosis), but as one who runs barefoot while also possessing a long-held interest in foot health and biomechanics, I understand and appreciate how important it remains to ensure anatomical alignment of bones in the toes/feet, particularly with regard to injury prevention. That said, since beginning to wear toe aligners (for years I dismissed their need), the ability to actively splay my toes, even when not worn, has improved beyond measure, allowing me to take my foot strengthening routine to the next level, while also enjoying greatly improved balance and overall freedom of movement/mobility.

Put them on at top of toes, rather than base, is more comfortable to walk in
I got these as my feet are shoe shaped and I'm trying to change this. I'm using these, doing foot exercises and walking barefoot / wearing barefoot shoes as often as possible.I've used them for only a few days and I definitely see a difference. My toes used to overlap and now they are sitting side by side. I hope with more use the toes eventually spread out more.First day I took them off after one hour in case I had any sprain or cramp come on afterwards but nothing like that happened. Second day I wore for 3 hours comfortably. Now I think I can wear for any amount of time with no issues. When I first put them on I slid them down to.the base of the toes and I couldn't comfortably walk however I now realise move them to the top of toes and you can walk around. I forget I'm wearing these and they fit inside my wide vivo and xero shoes. I haven't slept with them on yet as I'm using them so much during the day

Great, works, but gets uncomfortable after a while
Took 10 mins to put on (I didn't notice hi ow crooked my 2nd to last toes were! I knew they were but putting the little toe on took ages)I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference. Bit odd to walk and you CAN'T wear shoes or sandles as it makes your feet too wide to slide in.After 35 mins I had to take them off as they got painful after 25 and then got worse and worse. But for the rest of the day, I was able to walk better, felt air between my toes for first time in 15 years!I was sceptical of this but as it was cheap I thought may as well,Only thing to improve is maybe make the one of the sets/parts between toes just SLIGHTLY thinner, (shrink no more then 1/4 off the current size) to wear in shoes.Looses 1 star on my rating as you get a pack of 3 PAIRS (bit misleading saying 6 pack you'd expect 6 pairs) and it was uncomfortable after a while

Pleased with product which is as described
The box contained three pairs of toe separators. Soft & possible to wear in shoes. The little toe is also separated - which another reviewer was correct to remark is not always possible with some products. Item arrived in immaculate packaging & was spotlessly clean & well presented. (I have tried other products which are not possible to wear in shoes - & tend to space toes more but if you can't wear in shoes it limits their use - unless you just put them on to lounge around in with no footwear on. If you want to stretch/space toes more then go for a different larger type that will probably not be possible to wear with shoes.) If you want a basic small spacing that is very comfortable & can be worn in footwear then go for these. If you are looking for help with bunions this product will help a little as it creates a small space between toes - but it is minimal in terms of bunion correction for which I would recommend a different product. If you simply want to separate/ stretch the space between your toes gently & comfortably then go for this. Finally, they arrived very quickly & are excellent value for money.I would definitely recommend.

Toes separators
I had surgery for morton neuroma. Whilst watching a video with recommendations to help with healing this was recommended. It was sent really quick, they are very comfortable.Since I've been wearing them in the evenings I think it's healing quicker and thd pain is reducing.Totally recommend it!!

Just what I needed
So far I have no major issues with these they are comfortable but the silicon is sturdy enough between the toes to be effective. I have worn them overnight sometimes I sleep through the night but they have woken me up and I needed to remove them. They are slightly difficult to put on but once on you are able to walk quite comfortably. I would not recommend wearing inside shoes unless the shoe is wide fit. I have paired these with five finger socks and they work brilliant. I use them for an overlapping toe and I saw slight improvement after 3 days.

Good full box supplied
I ordered these as I have a bunion forming and wanted to correct it. These are so soft and separates the toes well. They are fiddly to get on as you have to put each toe in a separate loop which is hard when you have difficulty bending. I found I could not wear them for long as although they are very soft to touch they feel very hard under foot and very uncomfortable. Probably best to invest in a surgical separator.
