I bought this to put in the large side pocket of my golf bag. Happy to report that it fits perfectly and doesn’t leak at all. I’m sure if you turned it upside down it would leak from the zipper, but that would probably also mean your whole bag is turned upside down and then you’ve got bigger problems. This cooler retained a mix of ice and ice packs all day on the course and overnight. I left my bag in the car and forgot about the cooler, only to return in the morning to an ice cold beer. Would absolutely recommend this bag.

I had one of those long stack bev coolers, and this is superior. Easier to pack into a golf bag, easier to use ice packs. I’m cheap, and if you’re like me and don’t like spending $8 for a beverage on the course, pack this and bring some with you. It works great. Recommend.

The Caddy Daddy is great for bringing beer to the course discreetly. I have been using it for about 2 years. It will hold 6 beers with ice, though it is a tight fit. I find it best to load a beer, then put several ice cubes in after, then load another beer. After you have 6 in, then add as much ice as will fit. It keeps them all cold throughout the round. The ice will migrate towards the bottom as it melts though, so it's best to grab your next drink from the bottom. My only issue with this cooler is that it leaks. I bought this one specifically over many similar coolers, because the manufacturer's promo video made it sound like it wouldn't leak. When I first starting using it, it did not. However, after several uses, it started leaking and has continued to leak even more. Now my golf bag has water stains. I also have to dry out the large pocket on my golf bag after the round as there is a small pool of water on the bottom, especially on really hot days. It isn't a huge deal except that I have to be careful what I store in that pocket as it may get wet. So I have nowhere to put a pullover in case the weather cools off. I could use gel freezer packs, but I don't find that they keep the beer anywhere near as cold or work as long as regular ice. I will keep using it until I find a better option that doesn't leak.

This product was made for one thing, Smuggling Beer onto the Golf Course!! Yet it is not another gimmick crap product you typically see for this purpose. I have tried 3 different substitutes for doing this in the past year. All of them were either too bulky, didn't hold enough beer, didn't hold enough ice, or the access zipper was in the top making it a ridiculous task to retrieve a beer. Like many people, I refuse to pay bar prices for 12 OZ cans of beer to a golf course that I just overpaid for a round of golf. So I would cram cold ones into the various compartments of my bag spilling ice all over the place which ends up melting and getting grips wet. Not anymore!! And I can still access all the other pockets for extra balls, tees, etc... Other cooler bags systems I tried that can hold a 6 pack were way too bulky to do that and I actually broke a zipper on my old bag trying to get it closed. I live in Southern California where it gets hot out. Last round I played was in the 90's(temperature) and I drank the 6th beer in the parking lot after the round and it was Ice Cold, so there is plenty of room for enough ice and a 6 pack. These guys got this concept design right and I wouldn't change a thing about it. I'm buying a second one today for my wife's bag.

The product durable. Somewhat roomy although tall cans can be difficult to load. It lacks sturdy insulation and in Texas summer heat only cooled beers for 3-4 hours. The ice wrapped insulator was nice but it only came with one of those and if you and your buddies are using it they get left out
