It leaks!

the shower head leaks out of the edges. the nail that is in the center of the shower head rusted. the rod leading to the shower heard leaks. I contacted the manufacture. Explained that i am happy with the design but the quality was lacking and perhaps they could help me. No response! I had to by a shower head that works and figure out what next to do.
