This replacement screen worked perfectly for my Galaxy S10+. The display is clear and responsive, and the touch function feels just like the original. Installation wasn’t hard with the right tools, and everything fit securely without gaps. It’s a great, affordable option to fix a cracked or broken screen instead of buying a new phone.

The screen works as advertised and is fairly straight forward to replace (Watch youtube videos since theres no instructions). Some things to note: The LCD is a fairly large downgrade from the original OLED. Colors are duller and the ghosting is noticeable No fingerprint scanner The thickness difference is also no joke, I dont think theres any case thatll fit it unless you get a custom made one All in all for the price range itll work until you get a new phone/upgrade but defintely expect a visible difference from the original

the volume keys dont work. the fingerprint scanner doesnt work. the touchscreen itself is flaky

firstly, I am not a phone repair technician so my experience is limited. But I am an engineer and have background in electronics so my perspective might be different from yours. As the designated handyman at home, I've fixed cracked phone/iPad screen several times, and this is by far the easiest one. Kudos to the manufacture of this display unit and Samsung who considered repairability in the design. The backplate of the Galaxy S10+ is glued to the frame without any cable. Simply blow it using hair dryer, it can be taken off relatively easily and safely. Then you need to unscrew 16 small Philips screws, then disconnect battery, display, 3.5mm audio output, unscrew 3 more, the system board can be pulled off. The front camera unit, haptic engine (small round thing), audio output can be pried off. The remaining one is the battery, it's glued to the back of the frame. That gave me the most headache during the process. I had to blow it for a long time then pry it off. The product arrived in a unsealed box with everything you need. Not sure why the box is unsealed, it's not a good idea to let the box go loose in a large bubble mailer. There are three screw driver in it, none of them are good quality, it's better to have your own precision screw driver (only the + type). Appreciate the thoughtfulness of the manufacture to give such a complete set of tools. The fact that the screen has frame and essential components makes the entire repair process straightforward. If I had to dismantle the screen from the display, it's likely I would screw it up. After the repair process, the phone is working again with the following caveats: • The replacement display makes the phone much thicker than before. You may or may not notice that, but original phone case doesn't work any more. • As the product description calls out, the screen is TFT not AMOLED. It's a big downgrade, you can see the backlight from the holes of front camera, and the black isn't fully black any more. This is totally expected for TFT screen, just want to call it out again. • The frame is shiny and smooth, but look closer it's not as premium as before. This is understandable. • There is no under-display fingerprint sensor any more. This is mentioned in the product description. • The double side glue that is supposed to apply on the backplate isn't secure enough. In my case, the left side has a small gap, I had to use a branded one. • In my case, two unexpected issues are: volume key doesn't work for whatever reason, so I have to adjust in the settings menu. The brightness adjustment doesn't work well, so in the dark room the screen is too bright and I have to adjust manually. This is my concern to the quality and reason I cannot give 5-star. That being said, now the phone is working, even though it changed from broken premium high-end phone to a brand new mid-range phone from cosmetic perspective. The cost is very reasonable at less than thirty dollars, I doubt anyone can find cheaper replacement screen anywhere. If you just want to resurrect your Galaxy S10+ phone because of cracked screen, this is the one you want to buy. ---- Update 1: I disassembled and found that the cable on the back of the display was loose. I applied double-side glue to secure it in place. Then the volume button issue is fixed. I also notice tapping on the display can no longer wake up the phone.

The display quality is absolutely stunning. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and the clarity is just as good as the original screen was when my phone was new. Watching videos, looking at photos, and just generally using my phone is a pleasure again. The touch assembly is also incredibly responsive and accurate, with no lag or dead spots.
