This appliance is pretty fast in order to make a very good Italian coffee and capuccino or latte. The water tank is perfect for a medium amount and than has to be refilled. A coffee shop with many clients probably would need a direct water connection.

In layman’s terms here is what I see. There is only one boiler with a single heating coil. The machine simultaneously provides hot water for espresso and steam for frothing. Thus the double boiler function. Go to Vibiemme’s website for more information. I love the performance of the machine.

After a week it must be said that it works very well. It only requires some normal adjustments amongst grinder, coffee pressure and boiler pressure in order to obtaining the best creamy espresso. So far very good.
