I never have to get on my knees to scrub tough spots anymore, and it leaves all my floors looking shiny.-It’s fully versatile. It vacuums pet hair off the carpet, mops hardwood and tile floors, and even gets into the tight spaces between the counter and the sink. One machine takes care of all my floor cleaning needs, no more switching between different tools.-It’s thin enough to slide under my bed! Those areas used to be covered in dust because I couldn’t reach them, but now they get cleaned every time the robot runs.-The app is simple to use. I can choose specific rooms to clean, set a schedule for weekday mornings, or start a cleaning session while I’m out running errands. It always works without any issues.-The water tank holds enough for my 900 sq ft house. I don’t have to stop halfway through to refill it. After cleaning, I empty the dirty water, rinse the tank out, and it’s ready to go again for next time.Cons:Like most good robot cleaners, it’s a bit pricey. I had to budget for a few months before buying it, but it’s totally worth the cost.

Machine itself is apparently good. Software is terrible and makes unit unuseable. Returned unit after contacting tech support.

I purchased the Narwal Flow because I have both hard floors and carpet areas and really wanted a robot mop and vacuum for the main level. Read some good reviews and felt confident this would be a great choice.And wow was I correct. This machine is a beast. Mapped 2000 sq ft and vacuumed and mopped the whole house the 1st night. Now I cant stop playing with the Flow. It really does an excellent job and worth the price. Suction power is great on my carpets and the mop feature is spectacular. Its not near as loud as my roomba that is downstairs. I can use the Narwal every day as its quiet enough. Highly recommend this for your complete vacuum and mopping needs. Customer service is excellent as they walked me through an operator error issue. They sent me photos and texts all on the app. 5 stars for sure .

At this price point and being a flagship model, I would expect this to have an auto detergent dispenser, but alas, it does not. That means you have to play the chemist and mixture water and potions every time you refill the tank, which is pretty often if you use this a lot.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its ability to handle tough stains—it’s quite satisfying to watch. Definitely a good choice!
