Hammond Manufacturing1591ATCL 1591A Clear POLYCARB

This is one of my favorite project boxes. It's sturdy (holds up well to tapped screws and dremeling), is actually clear (not smokey and doesn't distort image).It's exactly what it's supposed to be. I took one star off for the price, you can find it several dollars cheaper from other avenues (where I normally order mine).

It's a nice box, but it looks like the seller didn't bother correcting the description for the box they are selling. The one I got instead was roughly 3.9"x 1.9"x 0.9". Just do a web search of the model number.

Great product if you want to do a single 18650 mod. I thought they would be big enough for a dual, which it was after cutting out each corner post and scraping out all of the inside grooves. I managed to fit everything inside but I had to use a velcro strap to keep it shut. Hammond is pretty proud of their products. They are a little on the expensive side.

I got set the wrong size it's too small I ordered 4x2.2x 1 an the one I got was 3 3/4x 1 1/2x 3/4 so it's worthless at this time an a waste of money

I haven't tested to see how waterproof it is, but there are no rubber seals. The plastic is very clear and thick. Use a dab of blue loctite on the screws if it'll see any vibration.

Quality made product.

Fits my OKL t20 chip nice and snug with two battery sled. Just file down one of the screw connectors on the bottom and everything will for fine.

Love this box , built a single 18650 mod an works well ordered more to build more box mods .
