Obviously, we aren’t going to know an immediate change in the height of our very short 14 year old but we sure have our fingers crossed that these will help him out in that department. He will be taking these for the next 31 days (the amount of servings in the bottle) and we will check his height afterwards. He has definitely been in a growth spurt the last couple of months so these will hopefully boost him up if you get my drift. lol He says the aftertaste of the pills aren’t good but isn’t bad either. They are pretty good size pills so if your child has trouble swallowing pills these aren’t for them. It is recommended to take them for at least 6 months so if he can swallow them daily and we see some growth I will probably get him more. Made in the USA is always a plus for me when it comes to vitamins.

Noticeable Energy Boost
My kid doesn’t have any problem with the taste of these capsules, which makes it much easier to keep up with daily use. Since starting, they actually seem more energetic and overall well, which gives me confidence in the clean, hormone-free formula. I also like that it includes not just calcium and vitamin D for bone strength, but also plant-based ingredients like spinach and ashwagandha for extra support. A straightforward supplement that fits well into a healthy routine.

Awesome item and it helps with bone growth! No distinct taste but it’s easy to swallow!
