Not that good product , doesnt last any longer than 1 day. The edges of tape rolls out and eventually gets off. Also, when you sweat -it gets off even faster. Its highly priced just because of brand name. There is a Korean K tape at amazon store itself for approximately ₹300 lesser than this.I would recommend that tape instead of this. It holds better than this and would last a little longer.

Works well as always. Pro is a bit better but this is still great stuff for my athletic daughter.

I’ve been experiencing shoulder tendinitis for almost a year now that I thought was caused by either my bicep, Tricep or forearm. I’ve tried so many things - chiropractor, cupping, dry needling, scraping, stretching, not working out, etc. The intensity of it comes and goes, but is always there. Someone recently suggested that the true culprit might be my neck even though I feel no discomfort in my neck. I started stretching it with some ice and heat which alleviated the pain more than anything has yet. So, I looked up how to tape the neck when it is causing shoulder pain. This tape does great and it works! The only reason I took a star away is because the adhesion is not as strong as it claims to be. When I run out of this roll I will look at purchasing either the KT Tape Pro or the Pro Extreme. Other than that, I love the length and thickness of the tape because I can cut it in half either way and still have a long or wide enough strip for what I need.
