Good but one part was missing
It is a good lung exercise but i received the product with one dart missing at the top which stops the air pressure from outside so that we can easily do the exercise. I had to stuff paper inside it so that it becomes usable. Since it is non returnable.

Spirometer for lungs
Excellent. Simple to use and no much hassles. It is a no brainer. Just go for it. Suck in air while the spirometer is in normal position. Blow out by keeping it in inverted position in your hands. Check a general YouTube video as well.

Good product but quality is not that great and I think price is 30%higher compared to local shops
