I was looking for a solid "last mile" commuter scooter to get around town and run quickly errands. I don't want to deal with driving, but walking just takes too long. After comparing a bunch of popular models, I finally decided to pull the trigger on this "HopCycle electric scooter". After riding it around for a few days, I gotta say: it completely exceeded my exceptions. First, the quality and design are spot on. It has really sleek matte black finish with some nice red accents on the wheels. It looks not cheap at all. The whole things fell sturdy when I ride it with no annoying rattling or loose parts. Second, the deck is surprisingly wide that I don't feel cramped. Third, the LED display is super bright and clear. Even in direct sunlight, I could easily read my speed and check the battery bars. The green ECO mode light is a nice touch too. Overall, it is reliable, good-looking scooter for my daily commuter.

Arrived perfectly and quickly. Very easy to set up, unboxed and screwed in 4 screws and it's ready to go. It came charged as well. The scooter is very well built and well designed. Feel comfortable and fun to drive. Great value for the price. So far totally satisfied. Will do more testing and will update on the battery range and durability.

In the specifications I missed that this scooter changes gears and actually goes around 22mph, good for this wattage. Also the pneumatic wheels are pretty good on the dirt. For the price it is well built and safe as it gets when riding in low lighting.

Nice scooter - runs and rides good. **Battery does not last. My 10 yr old son is recharging at least twice a day. He is not riding long distances or going extremely fast.
