I got these awesome chapter books because of the cost now we buy them for the very relatable funny stories. Our 8 yr old son loves these books.

2nd grader loved this book (and others from this series). Definitely encourages reading in this age group.

For Christmas I wanted to get my Grandson who needs better reading skills a book from his favorite author. He love the My Wierd School Series and since this was a special one for around Christmas I bought it. He really likes to read when his is interested in the content.
