Review: Keyboard was replaced - Excellent Customer Service!! - I bought this in January and the tablet keyboard is defective. It consistently disconnects during use and curser moves to earlier text. I am writing this using my keyboard and it keeps moving the curser to earlier text and often does not recongize when I am using the keyboard. The case is nice but they keyboard is defective. Update: I am going to update my post from 1 star to 5 start because I contacted the company and they were so fast to respond to me, kindly issued me a replacement at no cost to me and I am typing from my new keyboard which is working great. Very happy with the company's customer service which is just as important as great products. Well done Nillkin!! I did not expect the service you provided. The case is strong and there is a few keyboard clicks for the device to recognize the strokes but this replacement is working great and much better than the first keyboard I received.
Review: I needed something like this - Over all the sturdiness is great. It didn’t feel right holding my galaxy s7 plus naked. Now I feel like I won’t drop it if I detach it from the keyboard. The keyboard is nice. I love the battery life that’s listed. Very long time before recharging the keyboard. Shortcuts help the flexibility of it. Seems I will never touch my screen ever again. The touch pad is a little bit too sensitive and also not too sensitive depending on what you trying to do. Very easy to connect via Bluetooth.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slim, sturdy case that fits perfectly
*by S***E on April 19, 2026*

I picked this up to protect my tablet, and it’s been a great fit so far. It snaps on securely and lines up well with all the ports and buttons. The material feels sturdy without adding too much bulk, which I like for everyday use. It also gives a better grip, so the tablet doesn’t feel as slippery in hand. Overall, it does a good job protecting the device while still keeping a clean, low-profile look.
