I had terrible, abnormally, violent acid reflux after being on asthma medications, because I have have predisposition for acid reflux. I was in a tough spot where I gave up my asthma meds to control the reflux. Obviously that made my situation worse as I couldn’t breathe.The moment I started using these Betaine HCL pills, I was able to use as much of the asthma medications as I needed without getting reflux. Sometimes I will have acid tasting burps, but that’s because I should be taking more than 1 betaine hcl capsule. In the future, I might increase the dose, but things are well as they are now.If I miss a dose, I will definitely get undesirable results, so I’m 100% certain it’s these betaine hcl pills that are helping. I can’t thank this brand enough for making these!!They gave me my life back. Last year I tried a brand called Solaray and those never worked. So I stopped looking for betaine hcl since that bad experience. But these have completely changed my opinion on Betaine HCL. It works and especially from this brand!

I've been taking 1 to 2 PPI's a day, for 8 to 10 years. Started this product a couple weeks ago. I have taken only 1 PPI since I started.

Helps digestion for low HCL production

I bought this for my nighttime heartburn. It is mainly to help people who have a LOW acidic level. If you do NOT have a problem with low stomach acid it will make your heartburn worse. I found out the hard way.UPDATEDI did not request a refund but Seller sent one anyway. Great company and will buy from them again as they obviously stand by their products.

Without regular use of this product I suffer gut pain, bloating, gas, and constipation. Have tried a gazillion other supps but panned them for either ineffectiveness or stomach irritation.
