Missing parts
The main feature of this product is setting up the product like a lego/building block. We received pieces short of the required count. A medium size rod was missing and I received only 37 plastic joints instead of 40. We noticed the missing pieces when we were half way through building it so had to dismantle the whole and pack it up.1. Pls count the pieces before you start asssembling the product to avoid mistake like mine2. Short pieces for such products are unacceptable and they make the product completely unusable.Have ordered for a replacement, hope the issue gets resolved now.

Cloth quality is not good.
Good quality initially. Easy to assemble . But torn off within 5 months. Very poor stuff. Don't buy

Very compact rack that can hold min.25pairs of footwear.But the plastic separaters could not take the weight after 6 months.even the cover tore. Got cloth separaters and covers stiched as the frame is holding well. Overall presents a decent look in the hall.

Good product. Value for money at this price range.
Its a good product.Little time consuming to assemble it completely.I was initially using it to keep the books, then shifted it to the store room and started using as a rack to keep unused clothes, then shifted it to the balcony and started using as a shoe rack.One product many usages.Even after 4 months of use for 3 different usages it is perfectly standing without any damage.It's value for money, if you don't want purchase wooden or metal rack, just go for it.

Not worth the buy
This is my review after using the product for a month or So, takes time to assemble the product I took about an hour. I was happy initially with the product but then there was a small tear in the cloth and that was the beginning within no time the cloth started tearing off from everywhere in pieces and I hate to see it in the condition it is currently.

A great shoe rack compact and neat
Really nice and neat... I loved what was sent to me.. Instructions perfect and easy to fix up... And yes very compact.. Will be picking some more of these for sure.... I had a random colour sent.. To me if we have options to choose would be great for sure...

Weak plastic legs which break if you use the rack to its full capacity
It is an awful product and I am not sure about value for money or not. The legs of the rack was so weak that it could not withstand the pressure when we loaded it with its full capacity and it broke. Within hours of receiving the product we had to return it. The main reason of the failure was its height to width ratio and quality of material for the legs. With its current design and choice of material for the leg, it is not suitable for its full capacity. Still if you want to buy it for its price and look, i will suggest not to use the legs. Instead place it on top of something else.
