This replaced the damaged factory one as someone ran over something and damaged it. It does not have the factory fit but it’s close enough without that cost. It also does noes have the protective pads like OEM. However, I put the unit into place and took the factory pads and slid them into place. Retains the door for oil filter and fluid changes.
