I was nervous about doing a colon cleanse. I wanted something that was Non-GMO and more on the healthy side. I read reviews and my husband and I decided to try this one. I can have a touchy system with anything that I take so we decided to try 1 pill a day. For anyone out there who knows they need to do a colon cleanse, this one is a very tolerable fairly gentle cleanse with the 1 pill a day. Two pills would be more aggressive I think. I could have easily done this for the seven days but we were going out of town. The three days gave us the desired affects and there was no misery or horribleness that I have read with others. This will be in our arsenal for colon cleansing and I would most certainly highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a cleanse!

In addition to using a quality product like this herbal cleanse, here are my 5 tips to maximize your cleanse: 1. Start your day by waking up with a glass of warm or cold lemon water. 2. After water, fuel yourself with food! It will jumpstart your metabolism after a night of sleep. When doing a mini-cleanse, the advice I give to clients is to skip the bread, cereal or any version of them at breakfast as they will cause your body to retain more water, and instead focus your attention on protein, which will provide satiety. An egg-and-salmon scramble is a perfect combo of protein and metabolism-boosting omega-3s to start the day. Or if you’re on the go, opt instead for an easy gut healthy smoothie. 3. Make sure to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and at least one snack (absolutely no skipping meals!) and ensure they consist of whole, real foods only. 4. Have an afternoon tea. Drink a cup of dandelion root tea with your afternoon cucumber and almond snack. Trust me, this one is important. Dandelion can help improve digestion, and being properly hydrated is linked to everything from a healthy metabolism to energy and good skin health. If dandelion isn’t your thing, go for green tea for an antioxidant and metabolic boost. 5. Get moving! Increasing your heart rate will mean an increase in blood flow. This, in turn, will help your body to flush out toxins all on its own. And those 5 tips, you will be on your way to an improved you!

My Husband and I both did a 3-day cleanse using this product and we both had very different results. He spent those 3 days running back and forth to the bathroom as this supplement seemed to be working through him quite aggressively. I, on the other hand, did not notice any significant changes in my bowel habits but I did experience a lot of stomach cramping while doing this cleanse. The capsules are gigantic, and I highly recommend drinking a TON of water when trying to swallow these as they suggest on the bottle. The directions also say to take one capsule (and you will definitely want to take only ONE to start) at bedtime. However, this supplement does start working rather quickly and within hours I was feeling it working my system. Unfortunately, this meant being awaken in the middle of the night needing to make a trip to the bathroom. On the positive side: both my Husband and I did experience less bloating and gas during and after the cleanse so that's a plus. I will try the 7-day cleanse next go around so we'll see how that goes.

I ordered this 2-2-22 and a second time 3-31-23. I loved the first one. Very gentle. Very regular, great to clean everything out and get rid of bloat and a good start. I followed directions-1 capsule before bed with one glass of water and very regularly I had cleaned everything out within 3 🚽 visits by 11:00am. I ordered the second time and the packaging was slightly different and it is much less consistent. I go once in the morning and then…? I’m writing this review because I had to rush home from the park with a belly ache 🚽. So it still works but I just don’t want to have to stay close to home all day.

First I’d say don’t take if you’ve recently had a baby or are prone to hemorrhoids. And don’t drink coffee the next morning. I wanted to attempt 2 pills a day for 3 days. I took one at 5pm to see how I would react. I had no serious cramps just normal having to poop feeling. I went twice within the first two hours. I took the second pill at 8pm. In and out of the bathroom a few times that night, then I was able to sleep throughout the night. That morning I had a few sips of coffee, and it was horrid. In and out of the bathroom several times and strong cramps. I had some breakfast and back to the bathroom. I definitely feel cleaned out but my butt is sore. Lol

Bought this product for the occasional cleanse. The quarantine has made eating and exercise habits a bit off and I thought this would help "reset" as things start to return to normal. I did not have a great experience with the product (not the company) and I wrote an honest review. To the company's credit, they contacted me personally to make sure I was OK. And to assure me that a full refund was forthcoming. While I did not do well with the product, I found that level of customer service refreshing in 2020. While I obviously wont buy that particular cleanse again, I would have no qualms about dealing with the company or its representatives again.

I have never done a cleanse before so this was my first time. I did not know what to expect so I kept an open mind. It was pretty easy. I ate healthy and took this cleanse for 3 days. I went to the bathroom more than I usually do and also felt like I sweated out some toxins. At the end, I do feel MUCH better. I feel cleaner and clearer. Next time I will try for seven days.

I purchased this product last month and was skeptical. The first time, I took it at night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It worked super well. I didn't have cramps or have to run to the bathroom unexpectedly, but it did what it was supposed to and I could definitely feel and see a difference. I am now doing the 15 day, since I know what to expect and I feel really good. This product works for me. Everyone is different, but I highly suggest trying it and seeing if it works for you.
