Taste is not good, powdery consistency in water snd difficult to dissolve. :-( expensive, time will tell the health benefits!

it unfortunately does not mix well and lumps remain inspite of stirring in the water, waste of paying for the powder when u have tp throw it , I use only one teaspoon in a glass of water and mix well. It does not dissolve completely and remains in lumps
