It would fit in a jacket pocket but not youe blue jeans pocket

More like pushes in and sets in place, no snaps or screws or other attachment process.

can you add tubing to this if so what could i use?

Don't know. Never had a reason to use a tube. The opening is about 1/2. Might be able to get tubing from a pet store that has fish

Does this work for sitting down? would it work for some one in a wheelchair who has limited body movement?

I have not used it yet; bought to use in my plane if needed. I think it will be somewhat challenging to use but is the best option out there for what I need it for. I am not sure if you could be sitting completely down to use??? May be more like a 'squating' position'
