Exceptional, Low Tech Relief for Plantar Fasciitis!!
I am in love with this foot massage roller! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this has helped to alleviate A LOT of my heel pain in a short amount of time. As my job involves hours of sitting being tied to a phone, I am unable to get up and move around as often as I like. So, I am able to use the foot massage roller until my heart's content! I carry this one in my purse because I purchased the Due North Massage Rubz Pack which includes the Massage Ball, Foot Roller, Full Body Massage Tool and Carrying Bag for home use. When I first ordered it, I was not exactly sure what I would get or if I would even like it. I liked it as soon as I started using it! What is a big selling point for me is I am able to apply as much or as little pressure as I want and I control where it massages on my feet. It does seem to hit all the right pressure points on my feet, too. Even the edges can be used to work the knots and kinks out of poor, tired, achy feet. I don't think my feet have ever been happier! I highly recommend this product!!

Works really well.
I was a little sceptical as to wether this would make any difference to the plantar fasciitis that I was encountering, but have to say I was very happy with the results of using this roller. After only a couple of days there is a significant decrease in the amount of pain I am getting....highly recommended and as always delivered quickly from Amazon and product is of good quality.

ease the pain for those with plantar fasciitis
I love using this product every time I get home from work! My work requires a lot of walking and standing and it's just perfect for those tired aching feet. I have plantar fasciitis and it definitely relieves the pain after a few minutes of rolling it. I'm just using it for more than 2 weeks now so I'm not sure if it will completely heal my plantar fasciitis itself. I'm seeing some improvements though. I'll definitely recommend this for those who have plantar fasciitis.
