Building a custom cassette; what are the individual cogs in the 11-26, please?

11,12,13,14,15, 17,19, 21, 23, 26

Does anyone know that a 12-32t can fit into a old Shimano 10 speed freehub which has varied/thicken body teeth?

I used thhis SRAM 12-32 on a 10–speed Shimano freehub with a Shimano 10-speed Ultegra derailleur and shifter. You can’t mix A SRAM shifter with a Shimano derailleur, however the spacing between cogs is, afaik, identical. The maximum cassette size recommended for 10-speed Ultegra is 28t. I was able to use a 32t because I have a single chainring on my road bike and I sized the chain appropriately. I don’t recommend trying this with two or more rings in the front.

will it work on a Novatec freehub? It works on a Shimano 10 speed cassette, but I bought a Sunrace 10 speed cassette and it just doesn't fit.

As long as the hub is not "xd" driver. Which allows for the 10 and 9 tooth sprocket
