If properly inflated it is 120cm. If larger than 120cm, it is overinflated. If smaller than 120 cm it is underinflated.

The Ball is shipped deflated, you have to inflate it. The Ball does not come with a Pump. You can use either a Ball Pump or a Bicycle Pump.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of the smell?

It dissipates with time Mine doesn’t smell at all now And you can wipe it down with a wet towel that has dishwashing soap in it like dawn
