What is your floss made from? Most are made from silk, nylon or polyester.

don't know,,,,,,the product packet doesn't say

How wide and how thick is this tape?

Wide: I'd say 2 or 3mm. Thickness: its quite thin. I bought it because my lower teeth are so tight together, I couldn't get normal dental floss between them without it shredding.

Is this dental tape smooth?

Yes, and it doesn’t shred. I really like it. It moves easily between sensitive teeth, and does a good job.

Is the tape made of waxed thread string or plastic ribbon tape?

I’m not sure, but I would guess plastic ribbon tape. It is very strong like the waxed thread string though.

Happy with it.

It's really good for sensitive gums, and with just one pass between your teeth, it takes everything out. I agree this isn't for everyone, but for me, it was the best.
