Two weeks in I was traveling and I noticed I had less adaption issues and felt pretty good. They do make my water a little cloudy looking, but they don't change the flavor at all. I did start these with a cleanse product and I think mixing the two was beneficial. I haven't had any bloating or gassiness and I haven't felt as sluggish after eating. I think with how much I needed a gut reset, it will likely take 2-3 months of these to get the full effect. About a month in, I like them so far.
