Not being an ethnic Kashmiri, I don't know what Kahwa is supposed to taste like. If you're buying this like me to drink green tea and lose weight, you came to the right one. I dump two tablespoonfuls of the leaves in a kettle and set it to boil and steam for 5 minutes, till the colour is dark brown. Golden is the ideal color to enjoy kahwa. But when it turns brown, you get what I call The Green Venom. I drink half a mug, with no sugar or honey, over one hour. It will be an extremely bitter brew, not at all pleasant. To be swallowed like a shot of neat vodka. But in less than an hour, you will feel it. This is the polar opposite of caffeine. Caffeeine jacks up your mind, kills your sleep and appetite. This will turbocharge your body. You breathe more, you feel like moving more, your appetite will increase, and your bowel movement will also increase. All good signs of a heightened metabolism. My mind functions at normal cognitive capacity, but my body wants to fight a cave bear. I drink half a glass before a workout in the morning, followed by half glasses every three hours to keep my metabolism elevated throughout the day; and stop before five p. m., so that my body can unwind and relax for the night. Has worked miracles for me, combined with a caloric deficit diet and exercise. Throw intermittent fasting/keto/One meal a day(OMAD) into the mix and I guess you would drop body weight left and right.If you have a history of hyperthyroidism, consult a doctor before you try this. I hereby state very clearly that I do not recommend or advocate this to anyone. Any supplement without medical supervision is potentially dangerous.Flavour : When brewed like how normal people do, this gives a pleasant flavour, mixed with spices. A friend of mine called it "liquid biriyani" because of the spices. Add honey, not sugar. It is a very pleasant drink to enjoy in the winter or when you have a cold.The leaves are mixed with dried rose petals, cardamom and other spices in the mix. Arrives in a paper bag, with a zip lock to protect the flavor after opening. Once you open the bag, use it up within a month, as recommended on the cover.Value for money : Hell yeah!

Tea treasure makes some good teas but the Kasmiri one isnt the best from them.Its a bit too bitter for my liking even when brewed mildly. Ofcourse we need to add sweetening to make it taste like the actual kashmiri tea. Even then its not that close.I usually but the one from 'The Indian Chai' and my kids also love it. Its not the authentic taste but its still a great one compared to this.I have tried the Darjeeling tea from this brand and its tastes just as good as any other Darjeeling tea ive had in the past.

The tea is too strong. Using lesser amount per cup also doesn't serve the purpose. It doesn't awaken you as expected neither does it have too much of a refreshing effect on you. In fact when you make it too strong it has a bit of tranquilising effect. Didn't quite like the flavour. Expected better from Tea Treasure having tasted their Chamomile Tea before which I had liked a lot. Not worth the money. Their herbal teas are still worth it but not this one. You can go for any other brand that is selling Green Tea at a reasonable price.

This is the worst kind of Kahwa green tea I’ve had. The taste is so stale, it feels like the leaves have already been used or that the tea has remained in the kettle for days. It is a struggle to finish a cup of this tea- this is the first tea I’ve had that actually put my mood down after i actually finish it.I recommended you go for Tea Monk Kahwa green tea!

I have ordered three types of tea (Hibiscus, Mint and Chamomile) and all of them were too good. I enjoyed every sip of that, definately there is something that keeps you cool, relaxed and happy.Thank you guys.I have a question.With each of the product I have recieved two free tea bags one i guess was 'herbal tea' and the other one was 'Jasmine' ... But not sure if that was normal Jasmine or a mix or a fused tea bag.Can you please conform, if that was Normal Jasmine or Fused/Mix Jasmine ?I need to order that (tea bags) next once you conform.ThanksPd

Kahwa is not a strong tea like the Mumbai cutting chai. That said if you are grounded in your expectations, this is as good or better than the tins sold at the airport outlets for Rs 500 a tin. You can smell the ingredients when you open the packet and it is just awesome.
