Perfect for bread dough, food prep, etc
Very sturdy, easy to clean, and perfect for bread dough and general food prep jobs. I wanted a name brand I could trust so I knew the plastic was fully food safe, i.e., didn't have PBA or other crap in it. This fills that bill.

Really great turn-around.The product itself is exactly as I had hoped it to be. Solid plastic construction, well fitting lids (no lids missing) and BPA free. Over time, I hope the ink markings won’t fade or wash away as has been reported by some.I need these food storage containers for storing 3 different types of flour (all-purpose, bread, whole wheat). Depending on the outcome, I may come back and order the 6 or possibly 8 quart.Incredibly pleased!

Kitchen Game Changer. Get 'Em.
I don't think I'll ever look at another food storage container again. I have this and the 2 quart ones and they have been a game changer in the kitchen. I keep everything from produce to left over food. When you get a bunch of kale or whatever vegetable, it's easy to get lazy and not pull it out of the fridge to eat it. Pre-washing all of the veggies and fruits and dunking them in here has really changed my habit. Sure, it's a first-world problem to have when you're too lazy to dig through different sized containers to get to the healthy foods. I know, and I'm not proud of it. But let's get to how awesome these containers. Because they are rectangular and stackable, it has been so useful to organize the fridge. So I can quickly pull out the stuff I need, re-stack, and put it right back. Easy peasy.Also, I tend to make a batch of food and have a ton of left overs. Its' great to dunk them in here so you can pack a little bit at a time in a different container for lunch.I love these. No wonder commercial kitchens utilize this. Get them.
