I love it
Oh my goodness this herbal tea is fantastic. 5 stars are not enough to rate it. I used to think that a high quality matcha tea was the best tea on the planet until i tried this. It makes me feel so good and energized. Not only is it healthy but it tastes amazing even without a sweetener!. If i drink it in the evening it promotes a deep and restful sleep. It is better than ashwagandha. It relieves stress and it is a powerful adaptogen. I highly recommend this product and na'vi organics.

Health benefits are amazing
This Green tea tastes really good, it’s mellow and not bitter, I can drink it on an empty stomach and I don’t feel nauseous or sick after drinking it like other Green teas. I read it helps with Cholesterol and Blood Pressure and Insulin/Sugar levels, I tested my blood pressure today and it was 127/78 and it is normally 140/90 so I will be taking more tests. However my colleague is pre-diabetic and is always monitoring his blood sugar levels and he measured his levels and it was at 16 before drinking a cup of this tea and after drinking and about an hour later he tested himself and it had come down to 13, he was surprised as he has been taking different herbs and none of them was as good as this, So he will be placing an order. Overall health benefits outweigh the cost, So highly recommended.

A tea for the immune system
I bought this tea since Chinese medicinal sources suggest that it increases the immune system and helps coping with stress and fatigue. The tea has a slightly sweet taste, very different compared with the green teas. I kile it and it makes me feel good.
