Exactly what I wanted
I have 2, 5-gallon water jugs I get filled with just regular RO water and was looking for new minerals to add and I thought to give these a try. The reviews were correct when they mentioned brain fog. That does happen when you first start using these minerals (it happens when you first start using any brand of minerals) but it diminishes quickly. These add a very small amount of flavor to the water, just follow the instructions on the bottle. I really like these and it will last me a long time!
