How do you change out the band?

The band is held in place by a long pin, which goes through one side of the band, through a long hole on the side of the watch and then comes out the other side of the band. Keep the long pins which originally came with your watch, they are a better quality metal than the ones included with this band. The band is excellent quality and I have been very pleased with it thus far.
