I had very severe thumb dislocation. So after using those traditional cast from doctor, which was not only cumbersome and got cold in winters, I switched to this. Initially, we were apprehensive but I am impressed by its built, quality and design. It has 2 splits and you can use it accordingly. Overall, I am very much less tense and the injury time is passing more smoothly. I will highly recommend.
