I was skeptical about the claims of better energy and reduced inflammation, but after a few weeks, I’ve noticed I feel more alert in the mornings and less sluggish after workouts. I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but I do feel a subtle boost in my overall wellness. The tablets are super convenient for travel, and I love that they’re made with simple ingredients. My only gripe is the price—about a dollar a day adds up—but for now, I’m happy with the results and plan to keep using them

Love this product, but manufacturer needs to put more than 30 in a package-tired of ordering them so often! And in increasing the amount, it saves packaging materials and makes it earth-friendly.

The convenience would be great if it did not taste like sugar substitute it leaves a after taste It is suppose to be a healthier water but the sugar substitute counters that out

We’ve bought these a few times and have loved them. However they must have recently had a formula change because they are not the same. The tablet takes forever to rise all the way and by the time it does, all the bubbles and fizz have already dissipated. Would return if I could.
