Perfect size for everything. Pasta, or a sandwich and chips, we use them as dinner plates since it’s just my husband and I now and we fix our plate and eat in our recliners like proper old folk. Keeps him from spilling too, as the edges keep Everything in place. Light and load well into dishwasher. Survive minor dropping as well. Can be covers and put in refrigerator and removed to go right into a microwave without issue.

Great slightly smaller size and match the basic Corelle white dishes that are always dishwasher safe.

In my younger years I didn’t like Corelle dinnerware but now - in my older years - I absolutely love them. But between now and then the dinnerware has changed and is much nicer looking. I especially like the plain white. They are practically indestructible - haven’t broken one yet. They’re lightweight, don’t scratch, wash well either by hand or dishwasher, microwave and oven safe; don’t take up much room in my cabinets and are reasonably priced. I needed a few more salad plates so was happy to find six more on Amazon. The only con is since there are no ridges on the underside of the plates and bowls they tend to stick together when they’re wet. Otherwise, for my purposes, they are perfect!

Better than expected! I was so pleased with my purchase I ordered another pack! Packed safely so no damage was caused. I was looking for something smaller than the dinner plate but larger than the side plates to add to my collection. These plates are the perfect size and can be used for starters, lunch or if you’re simply trying to manage your portions. Beautifully elegant and classic design! Lovely plates! Highly recommend!

Bought lunch plate set. Very light weight. Perfect size for older people who eat smaller serves. As for toughness I deliberately dropped one to test it. Survived a 3ft fall onto linoleum which is the height of my kitchen bench. My old porcelain plates would break at this height. A bit expensive but seems worth it.
