This is so much better than my 20w ray5 and coustomer service while a little slow has never let me down and helped with any and all parts and support as needed. I will buy another linger soon

This model is not listed there, however they will direct you to the correct one. Item very easy to setup and use and again GREAT customer service from longer.com

Fantastic extension kit! I love my machine and now I can do over twice the size of engraving or cutting area. East to put together and seems very strong. Fast shipping ND

I love this laser! It has soo much power! I mostly use the Ray5 40W laser to cut wood used to make multi-layered wood plaques. Some of these are 5-6 layers thick. As an example of how powerful and fast it is, one of the layers would take 1h 53m to cut using my 10w ortur laser. With the Tay5 40w it only takes 10mins! So, when I'm making 20-30 pieces it is saving me SO much time - sometimes days! I also need to mention how great and impressed I am with Longer Customer Support. I contacted them with a question and left a message and within 1 day I got an actual phone call back! That's just unheard of these days! I definitely recommend this laser!

Mine caught on fire last night during the first use now I have smoke damage to my garage and damage to my table and fire extinguisher dust all over the place. I will not be purchasing another one of these from them also is supposed to be an upgraded version and once I got it I think it’s the basic model doesn’t even have the color screen. Do not walk away from this if you’re doing a 20 hour engrave make sure you sit there the 20 hours with it. The fire started from the electronics in the machine not from the material. I was engraving plastic at the time it happened.

Had zero issues. I’ve been a Ray5 buyer for the past 4 years. I just needed more room for the ray5 20w. Bought the X,Y kit. I’ve only had the chance to use the X axis since my table is a little too small at the moment. Wiring, and installation was no problem. Had it installed and in use every day for the past month or more flawlessly

This would’ve gotten 5 stars had I not been dealing with the “flame protection” error that causes you to restart the machine 50 times to make it work. Sometimes it works perfectly (I also have the 850x850 extension kit), sometimes it don’t. Longer “customer support” is an absolute joke. I have yet to hear from anyone and the assembly instructions are less to be desired. And I’m VERY mechanically inclined. I’d say spend the extra cash for a different brand honestly. Save yourself some headache.
