How big is the opening on the blue 5lb pair? Wondering if I could hang these on my bike handles to use during cycling...

I have the green three pound weights but I would guess the opening is the same for all the sizes. It is not wide enough to go over a bicycle handlebar. They are really meant for using as hand weights while walking or jogging.

I want to use these with my 10 lb dumbells to make 15 lbs, they are metal dumbells, do you think I could hold both at the same time?

For safety issue, I would not recommend holding this item and a 10 lbs dumbbell in each hand simultaneously

Can the weight stand up on its flat side? I’m thinking of putting flat side down and using them to help my wrists for pushups - would this work?

No, they are curved, even on the flat side. I tried to stand it up on every side, but the weight doesn’t stand alone. They are great weights for other purposes though. They feel good when holding them because of the non-slip coating and have a place for each finger for a secure hold.
