Would this do well as a cold brew coffee?

Any iced coffee tastes weaker to me than hot, but I like the taste of this even as iced coffee. Cold brew is different than iced coffee, though. My coffee maker lets me choose boldness, cup size, and even "brewed over ice." In the summer I normally have a decaf over coffee after lunch.
