This watch is so nice I like everything about it, think am going to buy a next one

Watch didn’t last a few days out the box
Looks great but not even a week since I’ve had it and the time won’t move. The date didn’t want to change from the day I got it and so it’s stuck on the 15th. I figured maybe that’s just gonna be the only problem but then like a day later the time froze and the second hand just keeps going back and forth. Can’t adjust the time or the date.
