Opening it
It's not opening until we type password for 8 to 10 times.Sometimes it's not opening at all

Duplicate and worst product got delivered
Amazon delivery was good.But the product is duplicate.We ordered blue color and we got rose color one. It's very delicate at the bottom and the lock system is not working. Finally it became worst product. It's like plain box without any mentioned features.

What is this lock is not working properly. Only 2months ago i will buy it and see now when i will change the password it is not changing. So u will give me my money return and take the save. It is in new condition
