Not synchronized audio with laptop

This has to be one of the best value bluetooth speakers you can buy. I love soundcore as a brand and also have some of their headphones. I bought this speaker last year and took it to a 4 day festival where it kept up the entire time, playing loudly for our entire camp of about 10 adults. Everyone was impressed with the sound quality this small speaker managed to put out. I like it so much i'm going to buy another this year, as i'm told they auto pair for a stereo music experience. The design is great too, available in eye catching colours, which more tech should be in my opinion. Waterproof and rugged, so it can be taken pretty much anywhere. I can't think of a single thing that would improve this, and you'd be wise to pick it over anything bigger, unless you're planning a rave with hundreds of people.

I bought this speaker for my old car, which doesn’t have Bluetooth, and initially I was really impressed. The sound quality was excellent, it was portable, durable, and perfect for what I needed. Unfortunately, after the battery completely ran out, the speaker stopped holding its charge. Normally that would have been a major issue, especially considering how much I liked the product. However, the customer service was outstanding. I contacted the company and they responded quickly, professionally, and with clear instructions on how to reboot the speaker. When that didn’t solve the issue, they immediately arranged a replacement with no hassle at all. The speaker itself is great, but what impressed me even more was the company’s communication and willingness to help. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I bought 3 of them. I thought that I could have 3 on the go throughtout the workshop. They don't work like that. You can connect 2 speakers and one becomes the left and the other becomes the right speaker of a sterio setup. I put the 3rd one in another location. This said - setup and bluetooth connectivity is quick and trouble free. Recommended. Just not if you want 3 speakers to work simultanously.

Anker's great customer service resolved the issue and I am really impressed by the service, many thanks guys. The issue was that the power button stopped working. Select 4 Go was purchased due to a good price but less than 1 year into using it and the speaker has died...It was charging when plugged in but I was unable to switch it on anymore. Will be ordering Anker Soundcore 2 as a replacement due to the resolution Anker has provided. Thanks again

Fairly good sound reproduction. I use mostly for listening to Audio books from my iPhone and iPad. Nicely portable and yes, they are waterproof - so useful for listening in the bathroom. The reason I got two, was so,I could listen in stereo. Sadly, this does not seem possible. No matter how many times I try, they do not seem to want to pair. I can get them both recognised with the Bluetooth, but they don’t appear to want to work as a pair. I got them to do it once, but when I turned them off, they would not do it again. Even disconnecting and deleting them fro. The device did not help. So, a big waste of money really getting two because I don’t need them dotted all over the flat because they so easily portable. Shame. I now just have two separate speakers. I would probably have given a five ⭐ rating. Once you turn them off, if I want to use them with the same device later and turn them back on, I have to go through the whole process again because it won’t connect or pair. Sometimes it can thirty minutes. Other times, so much longer that I get fed up and give up.
