Read Crystal Questโs return policy. It absolves them of anything and everything. If their product is faulty, itโs on you. Even if you send the product back unused, they will charge you a 30% restocking fee. Do a five minute search for a review of the company and 99% are 1 star reviews: missing pieces, leaks, no customer support. They reserve the right to not help you and never provide a refund. Companies like this should not exist. And they only do because people like my husband donโt do the research and get scammed. Avoid this company like the plague it is.
