Since I usually have one cup of coffee a day, it’s worth the splurge. If you use very hot water (just boiled), the crystals dissolve quickly. They will not dissolve in cold water.

This sugar is perfect for tea. It reminds me of the little coffee shops in Amsterdam. I’m of the opinion that beet sugar has a better flavor than cane sugar and it goes well with brewed teas.
