How do I drain the tub if it is in the stand? Doesn't the shelf below the basket restrict you from placing a bucket underneath to catch the water?

Yes, you are correct, the shelf below does catch the water. I personally cut a small half a circle at the end of it for water drainage. However, you don't really have to have that shelf there

Does the stand fold and unfold easily after every use?

Yes. It's not difficult. It has a strap the secures it. And you undo the buckle and fold.

What is the weight limit. Is it 30lb baby not including water? Or including water?

I used the primo tub and folding stand until my baby was about 1 1/2 with water and it’s pretty sturdy just watch the metal knots and bolts on the plastic shelf don’t come out

How would you rinse baby if you're not using it inside a shower?

You would have the PRIMO EuroBath sitting inside the Folding Bath Stand which would have the water to rinse the baby. The water is in the baby bath. The bath stand will probably not fit in most showers or bath tubs. The bath stand is normally used on the bathroom or kitchen floor.
