Yes, mine came with 4 Olympic 2" sleeves. I purchased this in March 2020.

Increase resistance by adding weight plates to the machine.

Q: Once put together, how hard would this be to transport to a new location? Would it fit in a truck?

I can slide it ok with no weights on it. So 2 guys and a pickup truck should do it.
