I don't know if it is anti -glare. There is some reflection but no more than the original screen. I have had no problems with it

Is there a guarantee against the phone face crackling

I don't know of any screen covering that guarantees against crackling. If the phone is dropped face down on an uneven surface the covering should protect the original screen. My 9 year old granddaughter has dropped her phone since we put the protection on it and it has not cracked. The package comes with 2 so we have an extra one.

The screen protector appears to be too big. It hangs off the top by about a mm or two. Doesn't stick to phone. What is the solution?

Is there a version of this that isn't a fingerprint magnet?

I'm not sure what you mean by a fingerprint magnet. Mine has no magnet at all. There is a kit to clean fingerprints off the phone face before applying the shield. But no magnet.
