Thought Slot - Dotted Grid Notebook - Size A5 (5.8"*8.3"Approx) - Pack of 3

I bought a pack of 3 A5 sized dotted grid notebooks from this seller. I was rather curious how did this Indian brand missed my attention in all these years. Bought it for the primary purpose of using it for daily diary writing and maintaining lecture notes. Being a fountain pen user, I chose this brand after ready many glowing reviews suggesting how the paper does not bleed through and stuff like that. I was a bit skeptical about it at this price point but I went with it anyway. However after using it for almost 3 weeks now I feel this paper is not meant to be used with fountain pens. It is better than most regular Indian brands, however, it is not made to work with a medium/broad/other ink gushing nibs. I write using a Pilot Custom 823 (M) and there is good amount of bleeding on the surface of paper. Go with it only if you use a finer nib with a dry ink or look elsewhere towards the world renowned brands like Rhodia, Clairefontaine and the likes.

It's the best tool you can get for bullet journaling. It is compact and portable with high quality paper. The dots are pretty useful as guidelines and make bullet journaling a lot easier and more pleasing than a ruled book. I would have liked it to be hardcover and have more pages so I could use just 1 book for the entire year and not care about it being damaged. Overall it's a very satisfying experience to use it.

I'm an avid collector of some class stationary items and products that I use for personal and official purposes. Took the risk of buying this and got it delivered today. This product has a class of its own. Brilliant material. Used liquid based pens and did not clot on the paper. Though it's a bit pricy this product is fantastic. Thanks Amazon for the prompt delivery.

The cover is minimalist and sturdy enough for my use (mostly note taking, not carrying around much). What I absolutely loved was the quality of the paper and the finish - curved edges, and the cover design. I used a fountain pen I had on it and it worked perfectly- no bleeding or smudging. The A5 size is handy - not too big to carry around but large enough page size to make notes on one page. Please, please make a cover for this size too! Reduced one star for value for money because I felt that for the price and the number of pages was a little less.

The quality of paper is excellent.The size is a problem for me. It's thikness also. The margin side on left hand is covered and unused due to thikness.Number of pages also less. A5 size is not recommended at all. Better to try B5 or B6 size if anyone wants to buy.

Nice dotted grid book. As an Architect could not ask for a better handy compact sketch book. Would help if it could be less expensive...
