I take this every night for several reasons. Doesn’t upset my stomach. Relieves my leg cramps. Gives me good magnesium everyday. This is to me the best brand!

It’s the best brand I have tried

Four stars may be a little optimistic - haven't noticed much (if any) improvement in leg/foot cramps in mornings and nighttime, but I've only been taking this supplement for just under a week, so there's still hope. Product was shipped quickly and for a fair price (if it does indeed help at some point in the future).

I have been using this brand for a while when I learned that not all magnesium is the same and that I specifically needed Magnesium Glycinate to help with the foot cramps I get. Last time I tried to reorder, for some reason this product wasn't available, so I ordered a different brand. OMG they were horrible! I have no problem taking large pills, but the other brand were gigantic tablets and the shape would not easily go down. I had to snap them in half to take them. Many times I gagged and even one time the sensation made me "get sick." So strange!!! Extremely grateful this product is back because they're so easy. Who knew I had a pill shape preference!?!? Well these I can take with a handful of other supplements no problem. Never go away again!

For me, as someone who seems to require supplemental magnesium, this product is the absolute best I have tried. It does not cause gut distress, as some magnesium supplements do. And it delivers what I need, which is relief from biochemical causes of extreme anxiety. And, it is enormously helpful in sleep. Without causing the gut distress. Huge, both because of the pluses and the minuses. Update: after several weeks using this, as it starts to build up in my tissues, I am even more grateful I found it. Has improved my sleep tremendously, is taming my persistent biochemical anxiety, which also means that I can do more and get more exercise. Huge Improvement in my entire life.

I was recommended this particular product by a health care professional so decided to give it a try. Being menopausal my moods swings , irritation, and sleepless were driving me crazy! Let’s face it menopause is hell on earth for so many reasons ! I am on my second bottle and it has helped me tremendously! I am a lot more calm and sleep great now, I can not say enough on how much this has helped me! I take 2 capsules at night , they are easy to take and do not bother my stomach at all. will continue to use it always!!

This has been highly effective in helping me with my fatigue caused by MS. It’s helped me with my sleep too. I am ordering my 2nd bottle!
